Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026. AhmsDev is a one-person studio in Cincinnati, OH. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean AhmsDev.
What we collect
- Calculator result email: your email address, the spend and provider count you entered, and the estimate shown.
- Waitlist: your email address and which page you joined from.
- Audit request: name, email, company, monthly spend range and providers.
- Audit files: usage CSVs you upload for an audit. Used only for your audit and deleted within 30 days. Personal data the audit does not need is removed on import.
- Page events: anonymous counts (page viewed, calculator completed, email submitted, audit requested, button clicked) with the page path, referring site and utm_source. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no visitor IDs, no IP address stored with events.
- Payment details, when payments open, are handled by the payment provider. We never see your card number.
Emails
We send only the email you asked for: your calculator result, a waitlist confirmation and one email when early access opens, or a reply to your audit request. No newsletter. Reply to any email to be removed.
We never sell your data
Your details are used only to reply to you and to run the service. They are never sold or shared for marketing.
Tools used
Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), email sending (Resend). Fonts are served from this site, so no font requests go to third parties. This list is updated when tools change.
Retention and deletion
Contact and waitlist data are kept until you ask for deletion, or up to 24 months of inactivity. Email ahmsdev.business@gmail.com to delete your data.
