What you send
A usage or billing CSV export from each AI provider you pay, ideally the last 1 to 3 months. If your usage carries tags, tell me which features or customers they map to. That's all. No API keys, no log-ins, no calls.
What happens to your data
Uploaded CSVs are used only for your audit and deleted within 30 days. I strip personal data the audit does not need. Ask for deletion any time at ahmsdev.business@gmail.com.
What I do with it
I group your spend by provider, model and feature, compare it with current provider prices, and look for simple work running on expensive models, repeated prompts that could be cached, retries and spikes. Each finding gets an estimated monthly range and a note on how to test it.
